I have sold a property at 4338 Adams Ave in San Diego.
This Cliff May property is arguably one of his most historically important homes built in San Diego. This particular home that Cliff May built for his family is architecturally significant as it was his first “California Rancheria” a style that would later define his career and become his legacy. Upon completion in 1935, the house was featured in Architectural Digest and drew resounding praise. This property is Mills Act designated and enjoys the benefits of a reduction in annual property taxes.
